

Valentina and Daniele will be glad to give you a warm welcome in their little charming inn that born in 1998, as a result of a careful restoration of an old farmhouse, in accordance with the tradition of Valle d’Aosta. The inn has 5 rooms and a little restaurant where we can receive about 20 people.
The name (The Inn of the ancient mine) comes from a mine where since 1600 till 1945 a lot of miners worked really hard to dug copper out. Nowadays it is possible to see the yard and the miners appartments, you can also visit the old Frisonnière quarry which is now is the biggest slow-fermentation storehouse of Fontina, a typical cheese of Valle d’Aosta. During the summer there is also the chance to lie in the sun and relax in our little garden.
